As an authorized IRS filing provider, I have obtained a TIN, PTIN, EFIN, and ETIN with the IRS. Additionally, I have completed the Annual Filing Season Program (AFSP) 18-hour requirements and passed the annual exam. As an AFSP participant, I have limited representation rights, which allow me to represent clients I have prepared and signed tax returns for. This representation is applicable before revenue agents, customer service representatives, and similar IRS employees, including the Taxpayer Advocate Service.
